We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday & Wednesday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Alternating Saturdays: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Emergencies

We are available to handle dental emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For urgent needs you can address yourself, see our Emergency Care page.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.

Financial

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments in cash, or by checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through our office and the CareCredit system. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. If your insurance covers dental treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
